My deepest work is enterprise VDI and EUC: Omnissa/VMware Horizon, vSphere, App Volumes, DEM, FSLogix, Citrix, and the compute, storage, networking, and identity layers they depend on. At Anunta I handled Tier 2/3 Horizon escalations; at Skaletek I designed Horizon 8 environments and automated image lifecycle work; at Breezeline I worked on an 800+ user expansion and the login path.
I bring the same approach to broader infrastructure: Windows Server and Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, backup and recovery, and practical PowerShell and PowerCLI automation. Across consulting and internal roles, I have owned architecture, migrations, operations, budgets, and difficult incidents.
Outside those roles, I build developer and AI tools. PacketBench is a desktop environment for coding agents; Midnight is a self-hosted deployment control plane; and Sugar is a model gateway I use daily. That work brings my infrastructure habits into software: explicit permissions, observable failures, and recoverable state.
Omnissa Horizon and Citrix environments across vSphere, compute, storage, networking, and identity — from design and expansion through Day 2 support and complex escalations.
App Volumes, DEM, FSLogix, gold images, application delivery, and logon-path troubleshooting. Scripted image and agent workflows make environments easier to maintain.
vSphere and ESXi, Windows Server, Active Directory, storage, backup, Microsoft 365, and the network services that keep virtual desktops and business systems available.
Root-cause analysis across infrastructure layers, PowerShell and PowerCLI diagnostics, REST integrations, runbooks, and repeatable remediation for recurring operational work.
Entra ID and hybrid join, Intune, Duo MFA, gateway hardening, and access controls integrated with the desktop and infrastructure experience.
PacketBench, Midnight, and Sugar apply the same operating discipline to desktop agent tooling, self-hosted deployment, and model access. Current scope and release stages appear below.

Provided Day 2 engineering and Tier 2/3 support for enterprise Omnissa Horizon environments where a desktop issue could cross several infrastructure layers.
Architected Horizon 8 environments for distributed workforces and replaced hand-built image work with repeatable operations.
Worked on a Horizon 8 expansion for more than 800 users, with a focus on application delivery, profile behavior, and the login experience.
Worked in a VDI environment running 48 gold masters and reduced the manual effort behind refresh and recompose operations.

Sugar provides an OpenAI-compatible API and administration portal for model access, routing, usage controls, and operational visibility.
